Dear Riot

I don't really get whats going on with league of legends but instead of wasting my time on support.riotgames.com who always redirect my requests and reports over here where nobody sees my posts, I've decided to post here for once.

1. NCS - There are way too many bugs with the new champion select. The most annoying bug i've found is no pop ups

• No Pop ups means when you click the exit button, it doesn't show any sort of dialog or confirmation, it just doesn't close unless you kill the task or alt f4 through it. I am pretty sure that this bug is connected to the new champion select because it's always happened right after the Accept dialog pops up while I was setting my masteries. It's happened thrice to me in a row. Today.
• The estimated wait time. It says 1:28, in the end I waited 20 minutes for a game. Imagine if I was on a leaver penalty for 20 minutes, it'd probably take 40 minutes for me to get in a game. Don't do maths if you don't do maths.
• There should be an animation disabling button for the New champion select just like there is for menu animations or login screen animations. Sometimes the animations disappear and freeze my pc which gives me a penalty. There's also another bug where in the middle of the champ select you dc and if you're last pick and the connection comes back before your turn comes, Every champion that everyone has chosen all of a sudden gets locked in and they all talk. For example if somebody picked nasus and lee then you reconnected, animations get messy and the voice comes as "The cycle of...my hands" (Lee and Nasus' combined super quick quotes.)

Here's another thing, I rarely queue dodge, but in a week, it was my first queue dodge. It gave me a penalty of 30 minutes. Not 5. But 30.

I don't know what you guys are planning to do with league but before making any new changes you should probably fix the queue estimated wait and the queue time.

I've sent a ticket to riot multiple times about all of these bugs but all they ever replied was an automated message which says to post it here but when I post it here i usually mess up posting in another board and they delete my thread and again redirect me to somewhere else like "bugs" or whatever. I'm like way too pissed today at the champion select.

Another topic I have is the ranked 5s draft. Has the dynamic queue completely replaced ranked 5s teams? I went on pbe and there was ranked 5s teams. I'm not sure if its coming back, But I'd totally prefer the old ranked 5s instead of dynamic.

One last thing is about the hextech crafting, I pretty much got S 4 times in a row and it didnt give me any keys or chests or anything else. They just said I got an S and its done.
