(BUG) Kleptomancy level up consumable

When you level up a skill with the skill point consumable you still get a lvl-up pop-up when you hit 18 and it doesn't go away since you can't invest a skill point anymore.

Don't know if this is a Udyr joke I don't get or you seriously didn't encounter the bug.

But it's 100% recreatable just get the skill point pot from Klepto use it and hit lvl 18, you will see what I mean

The joke is udyr can put 20 points into skills, hence an extra skill point works for him, but other champions can't use that.

I have encountered it myself. But on Udyr all that means is you get another skill point to put into one of your 20 slots - all his 4 spells have 5 skill point slots.
