Azir, The Bugged Emperor

Just as the title says, there are several bugs that occurred when I played him. One of which is rather game-breaking where when I use ultimate, any enemy could pass through it.....when it's not suppose to....And another in which I think is an old bug where Azir would W+Q something, but then the soldier(s) could not attack anything. I am very unsure of how exactly these bugs occurred, but nonetheless I would really appreciate if these bugs are fixed.
