Zilean Passive Bug
I just tried playing Zilean in a bot game to try the passive and found that it shows the full yellow circle but it will not let you use the experience. It still zaps them with the yellow light but it does absolutely nothing.

is one of my main. Often, I can tail someone for 10 seconds trying to use my passive on someone. just tailing the champ, stopping every time I get in reach of my passive, then the xp share never start. Sometime i just stop and go like 15 times. following jungler from base to red... i dunno, might be just me...
