2015 Season reward bug

It is probably my client because I have not found any forum posts regarding the issue. It is nothing serious, but every so often when i start the client, I get a bubble that says that the 2015 season rewards have been announced. Any ideas?

I get the same pop-up all the time. I honestly just don't care enough to report it, doesn't annoy me. I guess it is a bug though.
