[Loot] Months after reaching level 40, still no Legend 1 emote or Glorious Champion Capsule

By this time, I've already gone past 50, and received the correct rewards for that milestone. I have the Legend 2 emote, as well as a glorious champion capsule that I got upon leveling up.

When I reached level 40 though, I received none of the rewards. To this day, I still have no Legend 1 emote, and have not received my level 40 glorious champion capsule.

However, after submitting multiple bug reports and making numerous threads on this issue, there has been no response whatsoever and nothing has been fixed.
