[Loot] Reached level 40, missing Glorious Champion Capsule

We are now nearing 3 weeks with no word from riot on this issue. I have seen multiple other people posting with the same problem, and none of us have received our rewards.

I reached level 40 about a week ago, and didn't receive anything right away. The mission that should have been completed upon reaching 40 didn't appear in my 'Completed Missions' page either. A few days later, there was a small patch, and the mission did show up in my 'Completed Missions' page. However, even though it was shown as completed, I never got my Glorious Champion Capsule. It didn't appear in my loot.

Upon checking again, even the level 40 mission has disappeared from my 'Completed Missions' page. Still no capsule.

Honestly, I wouldn't lie about this stuff just to get a capsule that only contains champion shards. I want the loot that I've earned, and the emote that comes with it. Is that too much to ask?
