Rune selection in Queue lock out bug

For the past 3 champion selects I have tried to change my rune page name during the ban phase and after hitting the close button it would freeze, leaving me unable to click on a champion to ban. Idk whats going on, all I know is now in waiting over an hour to play a game. Thanks dog
