Game Breaking Glitch

A couple times in the past week or so I have had a bug that effected my flash. There will be times where i will flash the exact opposite direction from where my mouse is pointing. For example I will cast flash downwards, but I will flash upwards. Can someone help me? Seriously this has costed me teamfights and games.
