[Gameplay] Skins unequipped, everlasting blue on model

Keeping it brief:

1. In champion select - including both team builder and normal queues - there is a frequent chance (30% approx.) that the skins that I previously equipped in previous games unequip. Normally I don't check because I expect the skins to remain equipped, but after multiple occurrences of it happening (and catching this bug as well) I figured it was a bug that wasn't so rare.

2. On my champion in-game (Kog-Maw) I had the blue buff orbiting around me for the entirety of the game, and confirmed by my allies that it was on me, though I did not possess the buff.
