Evelyn's E (interactions with passive and W)?

I don't know if this is a bug,a bad description or wrong italian translation but this is what i'm testing

Hitting the target (100MR) Enhanced E does 360 damage Basic E does 235 damage

After using W (fully charged) Enhanced E does 418 damage Basic E does 274 damage

So why am i doing more damage it the target is cursed? I thought that magic resistence reduction applies after i hit. In fact when i hi the MR is still 100 and becomes 73 (w is level 2 in this test) after i hit AND Q's damage is the same with or without W fully charged

i don't know if this other problems comes from the same bug,but..

Using Q removes comouflage but using E on the targe still dashes and applies enhanced damage
