Zac's E won't refund when cancelled

During a game where I was playing Zac, his E was not refunding to half duration when I cancelled it, regardless of whether I waited it out or not. I did not splash onto anything, so I think this may be a bug. He hasn't been getting enough love recently and I think this will impact his play by delaying further ganks.
