Possible Illaoi bug?

I was just playing a game against Illaoi "support" (so in a duo bot lane), and every time I targeted on of her tentacles things, or was attacked by a tentacle thing: 1) my champion would freeze on the screen while the game still went on, or 2) the whole game would freeze temporarily. At one point, my game temporarily was disconnected (via the "attempting to reconnect" thing) and afterwards it got somewhat better.

This was mostly prominent early and mid game and seemed to wear off by late game (like 25 minutes or so).

I checked my internet connection and everything during the freezing, and nothing seemed to be wrong on my end.

So this might be a bug, it might not. Gonna report it anyway in case it's been happening to anyone else.
