The item itself shows up in the shop, however, you cannot buy the 'needlessly large rod' portion of the build. Ultimately making it impossible to build this item for the map.

I'd rather get rid of all the mindless bots playing this mode, than fix a new item that never existed before. Since these problems have existed for like 4-6 months now.

I'm sure that item isn't suppose to be on that map anyway. item 3157 and item 3089 are replaced with item 3090 . DFG had Blackfire Torch. So I'm guessing they just haven't made a Twisted Treeline equivalent for it yet.
