Game connection

I thought it was my internet but in champ select I someone dodged 3 times... player joined lobby and player left lobby this was so spamming in chat all of this 3 dodge had at least 1 player with that. I think there is something wrong with server, it disconnects me from game and loads it back in seconds and it keeps doing that.
