Unlocked characters sale again

When im scrolling over for a champion i want to buy, i saw my unlocked characters sale in the store. They are also locked in the character select screen. This is frustrating because i played so many games just to buy champions but now i need to buy them again. I also bought skins for them that's why i know that it was unlocked long time ago. These are the list of champs i unlocked but in the store: veigar soraka taric master yi kayle jax ryze akali warwick tristana and teemo.
