Champion Creation: Nero, the Dark sorcerer

As the Dark sorcerer Nero joins the Summoner's rift, he acquires a tremendous power to corrupt his enemies against his way. He establishes fear, chaos and nightmare for those who stand against him. He is one of the most powerful sorcerers that can kill anyone in a one mystical shot of corrupted magic. He is a mid laner that is agile and reacts quickly to counter-attacks. He offers tons of damage in lane but very squishy when focused on team fights. He handles a staff that possesses 1 of the 7 magical stones, the stone of corruption. Lets start of with his abilities:

Passive: Unleash! It summons a ball of energy that can spawn after a siege minion kill and gains you additional 1 % of your magic resist.

Q: Nero's Power Cost: 60/70/80/90/100 Mana Cool down: 12.54/11.5/10/8.5 seconds Passive: The staff absorbs power and converts it to +5/7/8 health. Active: Nero swings his staff towards an enemy champion and summons a blast of flame around it damaging enemy champion by 45/55/65/75/85 magic damage ( +25% AP ) over 3 seconds.

W: Sorcerer's Wrath Cool down: 8/7.5/6/5.5 seconds Cost: 60/80/100/110/120 Mana Active: Nero charges his staff and beams a laser as his basic attack dealing 5(+ 10/20/50/70) magic damage. (+45% AP)

E: Night of Corruption Cost: 50/60/70/80/90 Mana Cool down: 10.23/9.6/8.45/8 seconds Active: Steals % of health from champions converting it to 2% of Nero's ability power.

R: Reign of Deception Cost: 200 Mana Active: Creates a magnetic field that slows enemies inside it and deals 120/140/160/180/200 damage. (+55% AP).
