Pool Party Taric VFX Bug
The water that links you and your ally with your W - Bastion flashes in and out rapidly whenever one of you is moving. It is very distracting, and due to the nature of the bug it is difficult to get a picture.

YEAH. I made a post about this as well because I play Taric a decent amount... it literally just rapidly blinks every time you move. At first I thought it was almost epilepsy -inducing and it bothers me still every time I use the skin.
