Nasus Slow Q Bug

There is a weird glitch with Nasus that happens every so often when you try to q. Instead of getting a smooth auto attack the animations gets incredibly slower.

I think the best way to reproduce this glitch is to attempt to cancel basic attack quickly by targetting something else.
