[Gameplay] Akali - wrong passive description

Twin Disciplines got wrong colors for numbers: ammount of magic dmg on hit should be green (as all magic dmg) spellvamp should be green aswell

first part of passive should be: basic attacks deal a bonus X magic damage (X% of** ability power**) when its: basic attacks deal a bonus X magic damage (X% of attack damage)

This bug was reported over 7 months ago but seems like RIOT do not care :P
