[Gameplay] Rammus can avoid Azir R

When rammus is in powerball mode chasing some tasty free kill and azir is trying to knock him away with R, rammus can avoid his R by smashing something. Just in right time when he gets azir soldiers and hes in same time hitting something soldiers are going pass trough him without even dealing damage. Checked this few times with friend on custom game after i just won ranked by this one simple bug that lets me smash azir when he was main source of dmg in enemy team. It happens every time when i was checking this. RIOT fix pls. And sry for my bad english. Good night :)
