[gameplay] MAJOR BUG Failed surrender

i feel sad that i forgot to scrren shot or record this game, but my last game enemies kept voting for surrender and agreed for that (ranked 5v5) but nothing happen, they just didnt lose game after votes.... game was realy close, and its common thing to burn your cd / items when u see enemy surrendering game...as we did (burned azir zhonya + R, janna R, olaf pressed R and ramage into 5 etc) and win didnt happen....they just rushed us, aced when we were so confused and without any spells....and won game cause after that we lost baron, 2 inhibiors and we fall too far behind....
