Shen's Q heal will not proc in these 2 cases

It's actually the same scenario. When Shen has a relic shield proc, or when he's the oath-sworn to kalistar with her W, shen's auto attack on a target that would instantly kill the minion (with relic shield or Kalistar W) will not proc the healing. I think this is a bug, no matter the target is killed or not, the heal should be a on hit effect.
