When Akali uses her q on a panthion with his passive ready panthion will block the attack as it should but it will also remove the mark without applying its damage as if akali successfully had triggered it.
I believe the proper interaction would be if akali would attempt to attack a marked pantheon the attack should be blocked but the mark should not be removed.

I had a game where this also happened to me, the auto should be blocked but the mark being removed is wrong. Hope riot can fix this before the update.
what if instead : akali AAs a marked target and the AA is blocked then akalis Q is reset so you can Q panth again right away but at the cost of the energy
this feels like it should balance the advantage as panth seems to maybe have abit more but maybe its sposed to be that way, im not sure tho sry
