[New Client] Can't sort offline friends/See sent friend requests

So I don't know if this is intended or a bug, but if I make folders to sort my friends' list, I can't actually move people between them while they're offline. I'm not sure if this is a bug or intended but it would be a nice Quality of Life boost if I was able to adjust them while they're offline.

While I'm on the subject of the friends' list, I also can't see if I sent a friend request to somebody, which has led to a couple confusing situations.
