I can't stay connected to a match and riot support dropped me for some reason.
I submitted a support ticket like a week ago explaining I can't stay connected to a match at all. It's ruining my experiences - obviously - and in turn I'd love to have it fixed. I attached a video showcasing what happens when the connection drops. The last response I received from riot support came on the 26th asking for Process lists, network info, and DxDiag. I submitted the files by responding to the email but I haven't heard anything back.
#34859704 is my ticket number. I'd like to play the game again and enjoy the bilgewater event ;-;
P.S. I was playing in a different environment yesterday and didn't have a problem. So it's something here at my permanent residence but I've no idea what.
