Since the last patch, I'll randomly come across moments in game where I literally cannot move. Everything is happening around me, and I'll be clicking or trying to use abilities but nothing happens. It just cost me a game, and I probably have been reported for trolling. I've watched my ping to see if it changes, but it doesn't. My frames aren't dropping. I've seriously no idea what's going on. Help me plz

I have exactly the same issue and I have to restart the game to play again Does anyone have the same problem? Do you have a 1660 ti by the way?
