Jhin Post Ultimate Camera Bug (Gameplay)

In my last match as Jhin I was using my ult and fired all four shots, after the fourth shot, the camera became stuck on locked camera, I tried pressing Y double checked it was the correct key and tried using the mouse to return the camera to unlocked but it remained glitched. It occurred somewhere around the 43 minute mark and persisted for til the end of the game at 45 min. Even once our nexus was destroyed my camera did not move to my nexus and I couldn't see the defeat letters, my camera instead was fixed upon my dead body.
