Fiora's Q targets incorrectly

Fiora's Lunge is suppose to prioritize exposed Vitals first, then enemies who would die by Lunge, then lastly to any nearby enemies. I have had multiple occasions where her Q would be able to kill a minion, but since the enemy champion was nearby (with the Vital facing the opposite direction of where my Lunge would land), it would target that champion over the minion.
