Weird bug that didn't allow me to use summoner spells.

Towards the end of one of my Normal Draft games, I died and when I respawned, my spells were not available. For some odd reason, they were grayed out and I was unable to use either Teleport or Flash. I even asked my teammates if they could hit tab and see if my spells were up to which they responded yes. It was only after using one of my abilities that the grayscale was removed from the spells and I was able to use them once again. This seems to be a client-sided issue as both the replay of the game and my teammates showed that the spells were definitely up and had no cooldowns.
