Me and my friends keep getting kicked from both ranked and norms

Me and my friends were playing in a flex game together and all of a sudden 3 of us randomly just disconnect. They reconnected, but the second they did, they got kicked AGAIN. This went on for almost 10 minutes, but guess what? The SAME thing was happening to the enemy team, and they had 2 that were constantly d/cing, o it was a 3v2 for a while. Eventually they reconnected but we still lost. Afterwards, we decided to do a 5 man norm, and this shit happened again. Can anyone just explain what is going on?
