Lag Problems with voice chat
Is anyone else having lag issues while using voice chat with your friends? ive been having ping spikes up to 4k when multiple people speak at once

Since they added voice chat, there have been full game ping spikes constantly. Looks like RIOT had no idea how much bandwidth they needed to add voice chat in. Horrible. Plus it is not as easy to disable mid game as just mute-all in chat. RIOT really messed up on this feature. Hope they disable it and delete it from the game. Let's get back to Discord when we want chat... plus then we can post link in champ select and get some non-premades to join.
I've been getting pretty crazy spikes in my games too. I normally play at 30 Ping and it occasionally shoots up to 300. I know it isn't a lot to some people but it becomes unplayable for me when I'm so used to playing without them. It would've been understandable if the voice chat was for like an entire team of randoms that you use to play and talk to. Sort of like what multiplayer games do. But for a voice chat that you can only use with a pre-made team of friends? I don't understand why anyone would want to use that when something like Discord exists when it is clearly the superior client when it comes to voice chat.
