Loading Screen Problem - Black Splash Arts

As of the 5.22 pre-season update, i can't get splash arts to come up in the Loading Screen. I'm Able to load in and everything, it's just... not fun to look at lol. Granted i usually Alt+tab out anyways, browsing the internet... i still want to find a fix for this. Thanks for viewing

Server: NA
Type of Bug: Loading Screen
Description: Nothing comes up but big black rectangles

Steps to reproduce: Queue up for game > Get through champ select > Sit through Loading Screen
Expected result: Seeing nice pretty portraits of Champions and their skins
Observed result: Just see Black...
Reproduction rate: 100%

It may be the Client having trouble connecting to your computer, not your internet xD

So i might look into the folders themselves to see whats going on. Will take a long while tho...

[Update 3] looked all through C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases\0.0.1.168\deploy\assets\images\champions and nothing looks out of place.

Noteworthy: There was over 700 Images added in regards to "Centered" splashes

hey man , im on euw i also send them a ticket but the funny thing is they said at first it was a problem they will fix but then they told me this "its in french so ill translate it"

Your problem seems to be related to your hardware or to a graphics setting in League of Legends. If you plant, thank you perform your tests in the tutorial parts or without another player drive (but bots are accepted).

The most common solution is to update the drivers for your graphics card. Confirm that the graphics card drivers are up to date: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/fr/articles/201761974

But there are several other solutions that you can try:

Update DirectX: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=2da43d38-db71-4c1b-bc6a-9b6652cd92a3

Disable antivirus.

Disable any programs using a user interface. (For example: Xfire, Mumble, Ventrilo)

Game Settings: Shadows: No shadows (unless you ALSO HAVE a dedicated card and not an integrated card) V-Sync: to change Frames / sec max: Fixed Resolution: Make sure that the game resolution matches the resolution of your office and you use the program in full screen mode.

To determine the resolution of your Office: Click the right mouse button on the background of your desktop. Select Properties (or Personalize in Windows Vista and Windows 7). Select the Settings tab. The resolution of your desktop is shown under Screen resolution.

Same problem here. Been like it since patch 5.22 went live. Getting really REALLY bored of not being able to see the splash art, so minor but so not lmao. PLZ FIX RITO!!!!

I have same problem and it is an hardware problem as I copied the same game folder from my cousin pc on which there is no such problem. This problem was not on earlier client versions though. My display adapter is: Intel G33/G31 express chipset, ye no graphics card ;/

I have the same problem despite being on the EUW Servers. Since the 5.22 Patch, I don't see any splash art during the loading screen, either and this is kind of sad. I hope this will get fixed as soon as possible.

I used to have the same problem, but I think it might be the graphics card. I recently a new and better one for Christmas and I didn't have the problem again, I may be wrong, but its just an idea.
