Black Splash Art/No Borders Bug on the Loading Screen still (Since 5.22)

Since 5.22, me and tons of others (INCLUDING Rioters apparently) have experienced this bug where the Splash Arts and Borders don't show up, as you see in the above picture. It certainly isn't "Game Breaking", nor does it result in a difference in the game play itself... but it's REALLY boring (& annoying) not being able to see beautiful works of art while you're forced to sit and twindle your thumbs, waiting to load in. I can understand why it's not that important on the Riot Bug Teams, but it's been 2 patches to the date since it started, and i certainly don't want this issue to die out quietly

Been this way for 2 patches, I was told it was being addressed at some point but no one has given a time table for a fix.

Ever since the PreSeason patch i have been having the same issue. I only started playing League like 3 months ago, so i can hardly remember what it felt like to be able to see those beautiful splashes. With the last 2 patches i expected it to be resolved but i guess since not everyone is experiencing this issue, and since its, like you said not game breaking, its not high on their priority list. Ive gotten a lot of skins the last month and i can only enjoy the in game changes, not see the beautiful splashes while im waiting for my toaster to load. [zombie-nunu-bummed]

Guys i'm writing this for say that with the new patch 6.1, riot have finally fix that with the patch, just update the client and the problem should be fixed by itself, feel free to ask everything you want to know [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]

I already comment the other tread andsice 5.22 ** i dont see a piece f Si! Im getting rly mad whit this situation i already send a ticket and they asked some of my sistem info i already send my sistem info and all otherthings and they didnt resolve nothing! _IDK WHY THOSE RIOTERS DONT SEE THIS FCKING THREAD IS IT TOO HARD ?? I have the same problem the past 2 months now. anyone know how to fix this. i dont see the point of buying skins if you cant see the screen.

I already talked whit an rioter (by support) and they sayed me that in the next patch the fix will come out to everyone, Can´t wait to see my beutifull splash arts ;) Thx Riottt ^^summoner 4

I've had the same issue since 5.22 as well and have posted about it but I haven't seen much about it. If it isn't fixed by the next patch (I've seen from another comment on this post that it appears fixed on the PBE) I'm going to post about it again.

This is unbelievable I bought like 4 skins from riot the exact day this happened.. and I can't even see the splashes. Also I got platinum border but I never even seen it on loading . Is it possible for Riot to refund me RP for this. It has been a month and a half.. what a joke.
