2 people went AFK and we can't surrender

My support and jungler went AFK 9 minutes into the game, now that it was 15, we decided to Surrender.

With 3 people left in the game, a surrender vote with 3 yes's didn't get me out of game.

Just shows you what riot still needs to improve on and find a solution on ....

If they went AFK but weren't disconnected it'll still count their vote. Since their vote was nothing it means the vote was unanimously all 5. You gotta wait until the client kicks them out for being AFK to surrender.
