Really Riot is everyone Shaco/Teemo to you

I changed my effect quality to all the different levels and it was still invisible. Then I left the game and came back, still invisible throughout my entire game. It also wasn't just me, the Brand on my team also couldn't see it while others on my team could. Can you please fix this soon and shutdown Cass until it's fixed because it is almost impossible to play against her with this happening.
