My Keystone page's wouldn't load or open

I logged in today, went to go into a ranked, and I received a message saying that some runes have been changed and they I need to change my pages if one of them was affected.

I went to go and click on the rune page selection to edit them, and they wouldn't load, It loaded in the top banner with a loading sign next to it, but that's all it would do, I ended up having to dodge because I didn't know if I would even be given runes for that game.
