[CLIENT] Chat displays messages in a per-person format + Inaccurate timestamps

The chat this patch is working very odd, it is showing messages in an order which seems very odd.

It's as if, there are only 2 Chat bubbles, to store both players messages. The messages "illmind" has sent me are recent as in he had just sent them too me.

Same thing is happening to me! It is super annoying when you are having a long conversation with the person and you have to scroll up to see their response. Amumu

I asked a few people and they are having the same problem, this bug is annoying because if you receive a message it scrolls to the bottom and you need to scroll back up to where you can see your message from your friend.
