[Crash] and [Client] Everytime i hit launch in the launcher, it Crashes

So, i went to open league today, earlier i downloaded the PBE, and now the regular launcher wont launch, Ive uninstalled, reinstalled, repaired, and nothings fixed it. Every time i open league it makes it to the launcher and when i click launch it disappears like its gonna open, then Bugsplat comes up saying theres been an error. Ive made reports on Bugsplat, but decided to put a discussion up on here
