Can't Recconnect

I keep getting a bug where after champ select my client crashes and then asks me to recconnect and if I press it then it will act like it's loading the client then nothing happens and it asks to recconnect again. This will happen infinitely and though I have found two solutions 1) deleting the entire client and redownloading the game

2. Run cmd admin ipconfig /release ipconfig /flushdns ipconfig /renew netsh int ip set dns netsh winsock reset

Though I have these solutions they still appear again after like every 10 games or so and then it forces me to quit the game and then I have to deal with the leaverbuster. Is there some more permanent solution to this or do I have to redownload the game every 10 times I play for the rest of eternity? While dealing with leaverbuster which is a pain because I litterally have to watch the client for 20 mins because if you don't you'll miss the que pop for the bot game your trying to play to see if the game works and you have to wait another 20 mins.
