Can't use keyboard

I can type in chat but I can't use my keyboard to use spells, items, attack move, stop, ping, flash,ignite and toggling normal and quick cast doesn't change anything or trying to rebind didnt do anything. The enemy mid laner left the game because of technical problems as well so I assume the Lux had similar problems. Also the people on both teams were toxic as hell.... Which actually pissed me off more then not being able to do anything all game. To be honest I don't think that game should've counted as a win or lose for both teams.
