Que Bug

Everytime I have to restart my LoL client the first game that I come into the person that is last pick leaves the game because he can't see the picks and bans and everything looks frozen and when they come back in the screen is messed up and they can't pick a champion and it kicks the player and then they have to wait 5 mins to Que again. This has happened everytime I restarted my LoL client the past 3 times and it happened to me once and to other players the other 2 times.
