Crash shortly after entering champion select [CLIENT][CRASH]

[In ranked draft pick,] shortly after entering champion select, I attempted to scroll down the list of champions to select my hover champion. The game crashed instead of moving the viewport appropriately with the scroll action. As a consequence, I lost LP and was forced to wait 5 minutes for something I didn't do. No champions had even been picked or banned at this point...

Might need a watchdog process to catch if the application crashed and the error message associated?

Also, this crash did not even result in a bugsplat message. Instead, a tiny Windows dialog popped up and then disappeared before I got a chance to read or copy down the brief error message it likely contained.
