[GAMEPLAY] On Morgana, Flash-Q Combo Results in Q-Flash (Q Casts from Previous Location)

During game, casting flash Q to gap-close & snare someone, you can see that the Q gets cast from where Morgana had been prior to the flash. The only way I can reason this occurring the way it does is because her Q is actually being cast from where she had been a short duration before casting (maybe 0.25 seconds prior).

The only way I have found to avoid this bug when attempting to flash snare is by flashing, waiting, then casting Q, which obviously is not ideal, since it gives the opponent extra time to react to the play; and if you forget about this at any point during the game not only will you most likely get screwed, but the rest of your team will likely rage at you for being bad.

I was easily able to reproduce this about 3/4 times within the span of 2 games. I don't play Morgana regularly and only recently tested her out in some normals with my friends, so I have no idea when this bug was introduced.

well at least something about morganas q gives us time to react, cause that q is such a pain! it needs to be nerfed its quite a big hitbox and duration

Though I'm sure plenty of people will agree with you on that point--the duration in particular is a bit long--I am positive this bug is not the gameplay experience Riot had in mind.

It's possibly intended. There are a fair few spells that do that. The problem is that there is no way of knowing which ones do and which ones don't (at least as far as I know there isn't any good rule).
