PBE - Repeated Flash Sound Looping

Was playing with the Pulsefire Shen skin, and I'm unsure if it was the skin or a bug with the flash sound but, soon as I flashed over from the dragon pit, my flash would continuously loop. I proceeded flashing again, thinking it would cancel out the old flash from looping, but two flashes started repeating one after another this time.

Practice Tool Kit -- Auto Refresh Cooldowns = on (if this even matters)

It's not the Shen skin, it's something else, I have been experiencing this too, it happened in all 7 customs I played, changing the champion and skins to see if I could fix anything. I played with Pulsefire Twisted Fate the first custom though, maybe it has something to do with the pulsefire skins?

It was literally the most annoying and infurating thing I've ever listened to. Flash on repeat is a no from me. [sg-lulu]
