[Gameplay] Sivir Ricochet doesn't trigger Dark Harvest - video proof!

The bounces from Sivir's Ricochet do not trigger Dark Harvest. This is a bug, because Dark Harvest is supposed to activate "whenever you deal damage to an enemy champion below 50% health". Various DoT effects will trigger Dark Harvest if the victim crosses the threshold in the middle of the DoT (tested with Teemo passive poison and mushrooms), so Sivir's Ricochet should work too.
