Entire Client Buttons Fronze for Mulitple Players over Multiple Clients

Was in a game with 5 friends and after concluding the game, two of us went into a custom to 1v1. The start button was lit up but we could not start, despite clicking it. It made the noise but didn't start. We then noticed we couldn't even exit out of the client. The shop button wouldn't work, setting would not work; nothing. The only was to get out was force quit with Alt+F4. We couldn't not go into the summoner shop to buy skins, champs, runes etc.

We all have good computers so this isn't a computer problem. All 5 of us were playing on different routers, some across the state.

Now we cant even load back into the client. Keep getting unknown error or 33% load.

Internets fine, comps fine, restarted comp still fine. Flushed DNS still not working.
