Having Problems Connecting

I am having problems getting from que to game, the client starts loading and then stops, and SOME times I can fix it by quickly reloading, but its almost impossible to tell when its stalling out. Sometimes It doesnt display numbers for load progress at all. Im currently at a 20 minute penalty. I cant wait 20 minutes for games, I have specific windows of time to play and Im getting zero help from reporting bugs through the client. **I really need help here. **

Been having a similar issue with my LoL client. Looking for possible solutions here also. I have updated all videocard drivers and internet test have not been the issue. Think it has to do with the recent patch as this issue has just happened since then.
