Lost Loot

A few weeks ago, I tried to open a chest. I had purchased RP and spent the remainder from costume shopping on a key and chest. When I pushed open, it simply froze. I clicked on the store, waited for it to load, and then re clicked my loot tab. The key AND the chest had disappeared entirely. No reward, nothing. I sent a bug report and I am still waiting. Come on Riot, don't do me like this. I paid real money for that.
