Client Closing After Launching

Whenever I click the League of Legends application it'll display the League of Legends logo for a few seconds and then close. I've tried prematurely ending the tasks with task manager, to no effect, and running as administrator, which worked once but not anymore.

Should I just delete and reinstall?
